Description of Service

Bolster is a learning and memory reinforcement application that uses AI to generate personalized quizzes based on topics and materials you provide. The service includes spaced repetition scheduling and email reminders.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Bolster (topics, source materials, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing the service, including sending it to AI providers for quiz generation.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit. Do not submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.
• Use automated means to access the service without permission.

AI-Generated Content

Quizzes and answers are generated by AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Bolster is a learning aid, not a definitive source of information. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Bolster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, inaccurate information, or service interruptions.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
